Information we collect

We collect account and contact details, property preferences, saved activity, enquiries, transactions and—only with explicit consent—birth date, exact birth time, standardized birthplace coordinates and timezone for the Vastu Passport.

Why we use it

We use information to operate accounts, calculate requested profiles and analyses, rank suitable listings, facilitate enquiries and consultations, prevent abuse, maintain audit records and comply with law.

Sharing and controls

Sellers receive enquiry and property context, not birth details or a full Vastu Passport. Experts receive only information you explicitly choose to share for a consultation. You may revoke expert access, request an export or request account deletion from account settings or support.

Retention and security

We retain records only as necessary for the service, legitimate security and legal obligations. Access is role- and ownership-controlled; sensitive documents use private storage; financial ledgers and audit events may need longer statutory retention.
